Our Advisory Framework

Define objectives
Understanding the critical objectives for the business that underpins the strategy and how this needs to provide guidance across the scope of the work undertaken is the first step in the process.

Understanding the context
With a clear view of the objectives, it is key to understand the context and maturity of the current scope of work. This will influence the activity proposed to ensure that it meets the objectives but is also feasible.

Evaluating the opportunities and consequences
Advisory services are never quite linear and therefore having a view of the various opportunities and the related consequences allows for informed decisions to be made on how to proceed to the next stage of the framework. This also allows stakeholders to support and buy-into the proposed solution.

Define the actions and activities
While doing all the planning and positioning of the opportunities aligned to the business objectives, there needs to be a defined plan of actions and activities with a detailed RAID and RASCI to ensure that progress is made.

Ensure governance
The last step in the process is to ensure there is continuity and the overall strategy and plan is reviewed to maintain its effectiveness within the organisation and this is achieved through a defined governance model with clear schedules to monitor and drive the continued service improvements required in a dynamic working environment.
